Peter Dunn said that he doesn't understand the stock prices? That would really bother me. If a public company's CEO doesn't understand how his own stock trades, that can a real problem.

Until you understand an issue, you can not begin to fix it. This means you can wait a long time for him to go through the learning curve and solve the problem.
