I want the worst to come to Kuni because of the lies about Staff, Polaris, the Fortune clients, etc. Those are the reasons I bought into this. Not so much for an acquisition.

I'm no lawyer, but I think those lies would easier to prove and the consequences would be more harsh for him.

A failed acquisition may require nothing more than a "well I tried" excuse from Kuni to satisfy the SEC.

As for all the lies about current business...HELL YEA, I'm all for the SEC putting his ass behind bars and I hope the truth comes out about the stock he was involved with prior to PIHN.
