According to my research Denn has at least 300,000 shares left that he bought in 09 and 10. Why would he buy almost 1.5 million shares and a month later sell at a $7500 loss, unless he knew things were going south, or maybe he shorted stock and made $7500. Seems like a good time to buy if you believe what Kay is saying, but I do have these concerns.
