But MILV is part of the the problem - it's one of many Pink Sheet stocks which issue worthless PRs and hire equally worthless penny stock pimps in an attempt to steal investors' money.

And that, in a nutshell, is the problem.

So, I would say:

Stock fraud - choose to be a part of the solution not a part of the problem.


Unfortunately stocks like MILV show us that many choose to be part of the problem, indeed accessories to the fraud.
