Too much blame on Whelan? He is the CEO and everything that happens at the company falls on his shoulders. He hired JN. He arranged for the family financing and subsequent dilution that killed shareholder value from 2009 - 2011. Even if he doesn't conduct the clinical trials and prepare the filings it his responsibility to ensure the company is taking the proper steps to secure FDA approval. If the people he hired to manage that process are incompetent that falls on him as well. It was his responsibility to understand FDA regulations in regards to marketing non-FDA approved medical devices as well.

IMO, Andy deserves every bit of critism he receives X1000.
