I believe IDCC has a right to Modify their orignal Petition at any time..The issue is not just for the approval of an Arbitral Award..Two "UNTHINKABLE" events have ocurred that were not in Nokia's game plan..Ericsson lost and signed with IDCC..and IDCC (the little flea)is Evicting Nokia who has signed on for a 6 year cruise around the World and has not paid for Room and Board for 4 1/2 Years..They failed to read the little card POSTED on the back of their cabin door! They are being put off at the nearest Port.

Has me wondering if IDCC might be establishing the basis for adding damage claims in the enforcement process. Guess we will know when IDCC files their "Reply" to Nokia's "Motion to Vacate or Modify" on August 29th.

My bet is that IDCC did not bring in all of those extra "guns" just to sit on the fence and watch. The price of poker could get mighty interesting later this month.
