What we have to remember is that this company is a European company doing busness in Europe and China. It just happens to be listed on an American exchange. Ther is lots that has happened and will continue to happen in Europe and
china ,that we do not know about. I am trying to work with them to make them understand how the public market works and that they have to be more forth coming. They need a good PR person.
