Thanks to all that responded to my earnings post.

I didnt reply sooner because I got busy doing outside work in this great weather we are having here in Arizona.

I really thought there would be a little more discussion about earnings. But I guess most feel it is better not to ask or answer what may not be popular or safe.

I think we are going to have some more charges and or negative costs taken. My numbers were worst case to stir some thought and discussion.

Dont get me wrong Im hoping for the best but I got a feeling the 4th quarter may not be what we want to hear. But even if the numbers are bad it may not effect the share price as we once again get closer to trial day.

In reality we all know the long term is what is going to count.

If anybody has got something Im not seeing in earnings please step forward and show me but so far Ive seen nothing other than litigation speculation.

Im not breaking ranks here just trying to get some answers or thoughts of others.
