Those shares could be someone who actually believed it was going to take three months to finalize any deal between HBRM and CHRI and didn't want their money to sit around that long.

I believe we'll know about the deal when the phase 1 DD is completed which probably won't be long from now.

ADDED: To clarify, I do agree it might take three months for all the paperwork to be signed if they agree to a merger, but any partial investment by CHRI will be executed rather quickly, IMO.


My posted comments are only my considered opinion based on the reality as I see it and I never take advice from those following a pack of wolves hunting for their next meal.
