Agreed. Also, the $1000 cap on the P's is no longer relevant or applicable. Once the plan goes effective, all those who granted releases (regardless of what they used to hold) will get newco shares. We all become newco common holders and we all have the same rights. There will be no singling out of different classes of newco common holders based on what they held before the Effective Date (which, I strongly believe, will be this Thursday).
