Yes there is an URL Ill let you find it pretty simple. The NASDAQ site gets it info from wavx filings WAVX reported 88 million shares oustanding as of Sept 30, 2011.Now we all know more shares have been added since then. The site I posted actually is updated not 5 months behind have a great night.
