Since these 2 are in Ken and Timmys names, I don't see how these can be of any benefit to KATX.

I don't see how having any claims in their personal names can benefit KATX. The only valid one concerning shareholders would be the last one in the company name. IMO only. Were the other claims that are personally held were they paid with company funds or private? hmmm sure would like to know.
