Not sure what this means, but 2.8 billion prawn fingerlings at 1/10 of an ounce each equals 7,900 tonnes.

So, what does:

"The facility is projected to develop some 2.8 billion prawn fingerlings in its first year of operation"

equate to in capacity of saleable prawns?
