We have filed patents? NO PATENT APPLICATIONS!
I searched for Nature's Bioceuticals and for Robert DeZanger. Here is a link to the U.S. Patent Office Patent Application database:

Either there are NO patent applications at all, or the patents belong to another person or another company!
