They approved his transfer agent application which means the check they did on him and Mr Herman came back clean ad a whistle. The SEC and FINRA have essentially given Baron Capital their stamp of approval which is why us investors are investing publicly and privately with BCAP. Nobody can stop the success of Baron Capital from happening. It's happening and TAs, brokers, MMs, everywhere need to take note because their market share is going to be greatly reduced by Baron's explosion in to the financial arena.
