Well for one thing the Financials due 3/31 should be fully audited and a statement concerning uplisting plans would be made public. That statement would move the PPS more than any sales or profit figures.
Anything short of those plans would be highly deflating.

As to the "quiet period". If I were one of the guys that Rudy Miller called, as you were, I would be pissed that he didn't give me a clue that this was the plan. IMO. At this point he comes across as an egotistical snake.
