Yes I've seen the recent FDA warnings added to the list of potential side effects of statins. More get added to the list as time goes by.

No known side effects from taking PAZ. If the science continues to prove out without side effects, I'd personally like to see a wee bit of a bidding war between Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Merck to get the pharma license to whatever PAZ turns out to be. Upfront cash and pay for the development costs. I'd think Pfizer is really hurting as I believe their pipeline is probably in the worst shape of the biggies.

But alas, the potential pharma side of this thing is a little longer down the road and HEPI needs to get the current testing done first before we can think about those things. As mentioned the other day, the class of compound is expected out of the latest round of tests. The ID of the class is what will start HEPI down the road to making deals.

Seems strange to me there would be any significant selling going on when test results are close. But there are many reasons to sell and most HEPI shareholders don't follow close enough anyway ...... so I'll be happy to take a few of their shares here in the short term.
