Since the O/S doesn't appear to have changed, could all of those new shares from the increase be issued to CHRI in the deal in order to give them control? And what does that mean to us if this is not a 100% acquisition? (I apologize for being a newbie, but you have to start somewhere). I'm holding regardless until this plays out.
