DTC chills don't go away very easily. Of the hundreds if not thousands of penny stocks subject to a DTC chill, I'm only aware of one that is supposed to have had the chill lifted, and even that is disputed.

And as MILV showed during its month of shame, when several mutually contradictory PRs were released at exactly the same time as various dubious penny stock pimp newlsetters were not entirely coincidentally singing its praises, MILV is not exactly an honest company:

My forecast is that MILV will be suspended by the SEC way before the DTC chill gets lifted.
