Thanks for the info BK_2009, could you please tell us investors here if that information is from Paul E&E? If so, is it recent?

The reason why I am asking if it's recent is because I've noticed the following details in the information

Ready to Accelerate
The Company is prepared to accelerate during the next few months having achieved the following milestones:
· Leading management partners and distributors organized to sell and distribute the product in the retail market both domestically and internationally.
· Product has received a Technology Innovation Award by the Wall Street Journal – 2009.

If you guys have noticed, it mentions "sell and distribute the product in the retail market both domestically and internationally." While internationally makes sense in regions where they have OTC approvals (CAN for example), BIEL has stopped selling in the US to cooperate with the FDA until if/when BIEL receives clearances on its various applications. This is what makes me wonder when is this information released and if it's recent?

Also, to answer some other posters' questions about marketing personnel, in my opinion, I believe that is why BIEL has partnered up with Greenwood Group and Ceuta Group, to market BIEL products internationally. How well I wouldn't know as we have yet to see the results.

If there is one thing AW has done correctly in my opinion and I appreciate besides not pulling a R/S when the A/S was maxed out, it is the fact he did choose a tactic for distributors to fund necessary marketing costs up front to receive a higher portion of $ in the sales (I remember seeing this statement somewhere, either on this board or in one of the investors updates, but please correct me if I am wrong, thanks guys.) If this statement is true, then not only does BIEL save potential marketing costs, it also provides higher incentives for distributors to sell/market BIEL's products as more they sell more they receive in return.

All in my opinion.
