Don't forget that Joe was there the whole time selling shares for Dean, making a ton of money off common shareholders knowingly selling fraudulent debt wraps. Now he acts as if he wasn't in on it from the beginning, when his only goal is to screw over the common shareholders even more. IMHO Joe is much, much worse than Dean.

Maybe I'm wrong on the above, but not a single person has proven differently. Even Joe won't address it, just acts like it never happened!

I'm not an insider, just a common shareholder who was screwed over by Dean/Joe and yes, dare I say it, Jeff. I don't care if his intentions were good, his actions led many to hold on to this PoS far too long and allowed Joe to kill it while many were hoping for a magical share swap.

Lesson learned, but I'm holding my shares as a reminder of this very expensive lesson. Also, it will motivate me to come back here and remind everyone with my one post a day what I think of the current CEO.
