I don't think Joe is. He is well aware he just stole 999 of our shares for everyone 1000 we used to have. He also is well aware of since he showed up as CEO price tanked even before split from .0012 to .0001 as he sold more shares. Now that basis is 50% lower. Dean created this mess as CEO but Joe came in and killed whatever was left for us. Both CEO's whose actions tanked the stock and hurt common shareholders.
