Thanks for further clarification on this matter of the 88 million issued shares. Since we don't know how much of the 88 million shares were included in the Feb 15, 2012 report, we don't know how many more to add to the assumed total of 198 million O/S we currently have. But if we guess, and say that half of the 88 million (44 million) are added to the 173 million as of Feb 15, 2012, we would expect the updated O/S to be around (173 + 44) million = 217 million O/S currently.
