The 8K reports approx. 88m sh between Jan 1, 2012 and Feb 29,2012, but does not give the date of each transaction.

Form 10 Q/A reports 173,029,486 sh outstanding as of Feb 15,2012.

The problem is this: Since we don't know how many of the 88m sh were sold before Feb 15 (versus after Feb 15), we don't know how many to add to the Feb 15 total of 173,029,486.

BOGS pointed this out early this morning in post 13684 and asks for any further information to shed a light on the true total.

So far, no one has offered an explanation.

Still no evidence of OS greater than 200 million.
