There were approximately 87.7 million more shares added to the O/S per the March 1, 2012 8-K. If we assume a 200 million O/S prior to today, now there are 287.7 million O/S approximately. While MWWC did pay down a lot of the convertibles, it took 87.7 million shares added to the O/S to do so. What does everyone think about this? Assuming the revenues are what we hope, this added increase to the O/S won't present a problem. Or will it? What do you all think?
