It's mind boggling why CEO'S/executives of public co's not large enough or not producing enough revenue to have an IR dept can't add a shareholder option on their phone system with a general info recorded message & update it as necessary ... It seems to me that it would eliminate problems for them - pacify shareholders (potential shareholders) & display a level of professionalism .
