From Tom's report: "The $26 price target is based on a 25x multiple of our 2005 EPS estimate of $0.94, which yields $24, then, we add IDCC’s $2 per share in cash."

He makes the same mistake as the last time, ie: he should add $7 per share in cash to $24 to get $31.
