Most of the time it is a bad thing though. Case in point BNP# just did one. Unless your the lucky guy that has his bid in at the outrageuos number when the insiders hit the ask to try to propel it your not gonna like the results. Now if they do it to uplist to the AMEX then yes it will be good.
