Nokia is licensed on a perpetual, royalty-free basis under patents developed in the project.

I think those are the keys words.

I say any TDD patents IDCC developed outside the project NOKIA will have to license.

Unless I misunderstood Janet she told me the same thing I stated in my previous post. Next time I talk with IDCC I will ask the question again.
