And, You do not know that the price dropped from common share holders selling. In fact, the common share holders did not have enough shares compared to what was traded over the last couple of weeks. The company created these shares and sold them daily as the price dropped. Unbelievable that any publicly traded company would do that but it happened.

Why? You judge or convince yourself of something that makes you feel good because i will be deleted if I say why! But please, do not mislead any board members that may not know better.
