bp2, I can't say I am surprised. Here's why:

1) Right after the public showing of Sanswire 1 Mr. Molen was quoted in various articles detailing long range production plans for the Start.

2) Members of of this board expressed some confusion & surprise over a the mention of Sanswire over GTE in those press articles.

3) Recently some I-Hub posters were speculating on the logic of the co-president positions of Sanswire.

I think what we are seeing here is the final purge of the old gaurd from Sanswire. The xNASA boys are closing the ranks. Just like in Vern Koenig's case loose lips sink ships & affiliations. IMHO I think superior technical experience is has now taken over the final developmment of the stratellite.
