Yes, you are correct; There is a lot of planning and talks before they announce this type of news. The letter is just a symbol/contract to inform the shareholders. These two companies, chri and hbrm, have been discussing this buyout for quite some time. There are always doubters/trash talker on every board, for every stock. I have been trading pennys for quite some time and this is legitimate. I am just saying this for your own good so a few of you guys may take my advice and make some nice money. I don't need to pump this stock; the next PR will do that for me/us share holders.
