156,400 shares displayed on the ask at .16....Appears you have your new ceiling...IWEBs managment has to come out with a rabbit in the hat to get some appreciation. While the few longs on here may be content, it appears numerous other investors are not! Talk about a clear sign investors are willing to sell with just a little bit of appreciation off of all time lows...I argue it is truly pathetic given yesterdays PR the pricing action that is occuring....truly sad for the company and its investors...
