The clearing house won't be implemented until 2013. The brokerage, TA and Investment Divisions should all be operational by 3Q2012 at the latest.

The DTCC threat should start to recede once the $BCAP Clearing House is operational and that should be great news for everyone trading the OTC markets.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
