I think the Chinese R/M play is over for the next few years, but the DTCC issue is having a major impact on all micro-caps (whether chilled or not). Its added another level of uncertainty to potential buyers.

We'll see what happens next on the broad front. From the $BCAP perspective, the broker-dealer is key to making progress.
