read this on CHRI board a minute ago:Questioning the HBRM deal.
I have been doing a little DD on HBRM, and I am not happy with what I am finding. I am now thinking this may be a deal that CHRI should abandon, and look for a better partner.
Findings:
1. HBRM Corp HQ is a single family residence in Teaneck, NJ. See here: http://www.realtor.com/property-detail/3-Oak-St_Teaneck_NJ_07666_e9c66c03?source=web
2. Dr. Agnes Olszewski, Pres and CEO, touted as an instructor at Seton Hall. A google search reveals a site called "Rate My Professor" which contains about a dozen reviews of Dr. Agnes, most concluding her class is a joke, and an easy A.
3. A further google search of Herborium reveals an F rating from Better Business Bureau (BBB), a result of two complaints, which are listed as unresolved since the company failed to respond to complaints about delivery issues.
4. HBRM has been touted as a great investment by MicroCap Reports, at .02/share, in May of 2011. I note that MicroCapReports is typically paid for its promotions in stock, and freely acknowledges that it sells into the market, in its disclaimer. Currently, HBRM is trading at about 1/10 of the touted price, meaning it declined about 90% since the MicroCap report.
Now I know, none of these prove HBRM is not legitimate, but taken together, they do raise questions. I welcome reasonable discussion, and other views.
Just posting my thoughts here, for all to get a fuller picture.
