Why is everyone so sure the Ironridge is selling?
Why would they do this deal if they didn't intend to keep at least a good majority of their shares?
I could see them selling some against the box, if that were allowed in the deal (which it shouldn't have been) to manipulate the price they pay down.
But it wouldn't be all their shares, or even close, imo.
And in any case, that price is now all but determined. So, why sell at $.56? That kind of organization isn't in the business of 20% short term returns, if SIAF were even stupid enough to allow the sales during the pricing period.
