Here is my simplified argument as to why this will get approval aside from politics and corruption which go hand in hand. No one will shrivel up and die from use of these products. Can we say the same about the myriad of drugs which have been recalled or the drugs still out there that fix depression or incontinence but may cause cancer or heart attack or other maladies? The only argument they could possibly have would be concerning the effectiveness of the technology(which has already been approved to treat an area next to your brain). Hopefully the wait won't kill the company.
