your post on a strike is a strike,
got me to thinking about the strike zone.
in this discussion on drugs, there is always
going to be someone trying to beat the system,
the producer or the user.

the strike zone is much more annoying to me.
it would be nice if the television stations were
allowed to focus on this, more than they have.
it seems that everytime i watch a game, i never
cease to be amazed by what is called a strike.
and occasionally what is called a ball.

when watching a boxing match they have people
that count punches and post the punch count
round by round. it would be interesting to see
a similar stat on called strikes in baseball.
inning 1 umpire called 7 strikes with 6 being
out of the strike zone...

now that would stir the pot..
