WARNING - News, Advertising, Awareness or (Pump) paid for by the company or others may cause a stocks PPS to rise. The fall of the PPS from the new high is caused by weak hands (fear) It's like a race to see who gets to the bottom first. If the company decides to sell some shares after they advertise their company or products, we are not forced to buy them. My observation and opinion only.
