I was surprised that they didn't announce that PR when it came out. I too spoke to someone from the company that told me the reverse split was so they could hold the shares close. He also mentioned something about having preferred shares available this year as well. He seemed guarded from providing much info for me as well. Any input anyone could provide would be welcomed by me because this zero volume BS sucks.
