I trust that what you mean is that there will be another pump and dump effort that is comparable to the last one? Man the P&D newsletters were relentless for about 4-5 days awhile back. That was how I found out about MILV in the first place. I didn't buy, just wathced and the very typical death spiral occured as it always does.
Unfortunately, some naive investors became huge bag holders. Feel sorry for them, but like myself, you learn your lessons the hard way when you venture into pennies and sub-pennies.
I do find that 52 week lows are frequently challenged after the death spiral occurs. Beyond that, it is up to the companies' to perform. I do not know what the 52 week low is since I am in the data entry screen. I would buy at or slightly below the 52 week low. That way, atleast you might not loose too much money. My opinion of course, your results may vary.
