All I am saying is that perhaps if Lee was telling PL & showing what he did have & giving all sense of false notions willing to give so much in stock value of the company & w/an APA which was signed by both, WRITTEN BY Lee's ORIGINAL LAWYER, signed off on by execs @ XTend, then signed by Lee himself, obviously, in almost close to 100% of the time is a slam dunk that not only the deal is imminent, but is then executed & merger is established.
Signing the APA WAS NOT MISLEADING, OR FALSE since it was documented & known to one & all & I am sure brought up in how many times they were in court together.
The possibility of what a product like the Bioharp could have done, it would to me be very difficult to keep quiet on anything.
I would not deny that if it was myself who was in PL's place, it would be a little difficult to contain the excitement.
I am sure PL's lawyers advised him of everything, why would one want to put their own ----- in a sling to take that kind of risk, what would there to be gained, knowing what all could be @ stake, more like lose to play russian roulette with your business reputation, it is not like in the past, today information in the 21st century about anything, anyone is @ our fingertips, it doesn't make any sense?
There had to have been some misleading going on where everything was set to go forward & Lee did not want to make the walk down the aisle to consumate?
