True except the same USPTO approves them. HDVY's is much more impressive and many are in multiple countries.

I hear ya it doesn't matter it's still a OTCBB POS. My point was just because a company has patents doesn't mean "Something is up at all" until the provide $$$$$$$$$$$$ they are meaningless.
