He states that he has experience in removing DTC Chills, but it is misleading, he has no experience in getting a non reporting security it's DTC eligibility back and removing the Trade for Trade designation. He has experience in getting the DWAC service resumed on a fully reporting company, that is it. That is like saying you can perform open heart surgery after learning to do stitches... He may have a network and knowledge of where to go to, but he does not know the particular challenges facing him for this particular situation.
