340 mg appears to be plenty high for efficacy, so not likely to need higher dosing. The MTD for TH-302 is 575 mg/m2.

The side effect profile of TH-302 is ideal for combo regimens due to the lack of hematologic side effects. Dose limiting toxicites were skin/mucosal related and easily treatable.
