I am fairly excited to see the 340mg TH-302 cohort results. I am also thinkign that since there were no dose limiting toxicities that they may do a concurrent trial and test a higher dose i.e. 500mg rather then 240 or 340.

I am glad to see after 2/3 years this is finally proving to have some validity to the MOA and their approach. I'm curious what new chemos they attach to the HAP rather then ifosfamide. I am curious what are the limitations to what active drugs can be combined with their HAP platform.
