"News tomorrow? News Monday? Just know it is coming."

That's the rub isn't it? Lots of people waiting on the sidelines, hoping to get in just before it pops. We don't know when news is coming. We know it's coming, and we have an idea on what it will be: probably a new company name, new ticker symbol, new website, oil acquisition, and I'm sure plenty more; but we just don't know when we're going to see it. Everybody has their own investment style, but I prefer to get in, then park it for a while and not worry about the daily gyrations. Of course, most investors don't know this company exists yet, but they will when all the news comes out.

I did a quick search on the new CEO, Mr. Wilson. Vern Wilson has done it all in the oil business, from the ground to the refinery, along with actually teaching the subject.

Little start ups like this don't usually get someone with such an impressive resume. This is not necessarily indicative of the company's future success, but it's exciting to think of the possibilities.
