Dr K is not listed as filing in this venue under airships as far back as this record goes to 1999. That does not mean he has or has not filed with PCT under another field or individually for protection in Germany alone if at all.

I had been made aware a year ago that WSGI researched very carefully to make certain there was no conflict with legitimate IP registrations for Dr K. with our IP before filing the US provisional patent.
