I do not like RS either. I personally don't see any reason why RS is being discussed here, the stock has certainly been much lower than this.

The only positive would be if we take a hit, and once a RS is completed the stock escalates. But I don't see interest in Nasdaq quality investors until they get some more large contracts in. If they could get a large bank or large defense contractor, they would be gold. And I do believe they will.
